Apostle Valerie McCloud Daniels is the visionary leader and Senior Pastor of A Touch of God’s Presence Ministries (ATOGPM) in Greenville, North Carolina, where she has served faithfully for over two decades.
Her ministry is anchored by a deep-seated conviction in the transformative power of prayer, which she has made the cornerstone of ATOGPM's culture. Apostle Valerie’s personal journey of faith and spiritual achievement is a powerful testament to the Lord’s strength, inspiring her to help others tap into the same power to pursue their own destiny.
A North Carolina Native with a Global Vision
Born in Craven County and raised in Pitt County, Apostle Valerie is the daughter of the late Dr/Bishop W.H. Mitchell and Barbara Mitchell. Her deep roots in North Carolina fuel her passion for impacting this region, while her extensive training has prepared her for a worldwide mandate:
- Apostolic & Pastoral Calling Refined: Extensive training in Church Leadership, Biblical Administration, Ministry of Helps, Intercessory Prayer, School of Discipleship, and School of Ministry.
- Ministry Reach: Licensed as an ordained minister in 2006, her ministry has reached the East Coast, North Coast regions, and now extends internationally through television.
- The Ministry's Birth: After launching a powerful 8:00 AM Healing and Deliverance service at Good Hope Church, Apostle Valerie was directed by the Lord to establish A Touch of God’s Presence Ministries.

Apostle Valerie believes in holistic ministry—addressing the community's spiritual and practical needs. She is a recognized entrepreneur and community leader:
- Business Success: She is the Founder and CEO of McCloud & Associates, Inc. (est. 1986) and McCloud’s Computer & Skills Training Center, Inc. (est. 2000).
- Community Impact: These enterprises serve at-risk families and small businesses through essential workforce and leadership development and provide a wide range of services to state and federal agencies.
- Empowerment Mission: Her passion is deeply rooted in empowering the lost and underserved, particularly through employment and entrepreneurship.

- Doctorate: Ph.D. in Business Management and Entrepreneurship (2025) from Providence University.
