The Outreach Ministry is the hands and feet of "A Touch of God's Presence" in North Carolina and beyond. 

Mirroring Apostle Valerie’s passion, we are dedicated to ensuring that all people—especially the disadvantaged—have access to the life and resources Christ ordained for them. 

This ministry actively engages in community development, often leveraging resources from McCloud & Associates, Inc., to provide workforce training, leadership development, and entrepreneurial support. 

We don't just preach the Gospel; we demonstrate it through practical service, lifting up our neighbors and fostering sustainable growth.
